The Moxy Hotel by Marriot in the Financial District at 26 Ann St is a ground up construction of a 30-story hotel situated on a narrow 46’ x 130’ through-block near the World Trade Center. The hotel consists of 300 “micro/pod” style rooms, connected by corridors with hand painted graphics room signage.
